What affects the price?
First-version scope
Features, user roles, screens and workflows. Separating essentials from later development helps you compare options.
Data and connections
Data quality, migration, documentation and access to other systems. The name of an integration alone does not establish the work involved.
Scale and responsibility
Users, tasks or documents, usage frequency, access requirements and operational work. Unknown scale can be an explicit scenario.
Three parts of the budget
Project delivery
A one-off cost for work in agreed stages. The stages and their scope depend on the project.
Monthly care
Monitoring, routine maintenance and updates, fault investigation and fixes, and routine content or configuration changes. Development and new features are priced separately.
External services
Hosting, databases, file storage, APIs and AI model usage. These are separate from care. Unconfirmed costs remain clearly marked as unknown.

Choose how provider costs are billed
Your accounts
You pay providers directly, without our markup. Delivery and care are billed separately by us.
Billing through us
We bill attributable infrastructure and AI/API costs with a 20% markup where provider terms permit. Care and delivery are separate. This is an alternative to your own accounts.

Is the estimate a binding offer?
No. It is a range for a project discussion, based on scope and assumptions. We agree the final price and terms before work starts.
Do I need to know the technology or AI token count?
No. Describe the task and expected scale, such as users or documents. The consultant assesses which information matters. It is fine to say you do not know.
Can you build a project without AI?
Yes. We specialise in AI solutions and first explore its practical value. We also build standard applications, tools and integrations when they fit the project goal or you exclude AI.
Do the amounts include VAT and API costs?
Amounts are in PLN, net, excluding VAT. Delivery, care and external services appear separately. API costs depend on services and usage; unknown values remain marked for confirmation.
Do I need to give my email to get an estimate?
No. You can talk to the consultant and see the proposal first. Give your contact details when you want to send us an enquiry.
