How we use your information

This is an AI-assisted consultation. Its suggestions are preliminary and must be reviewed before implementation.

We store structured business answers, your selected language, consultation progress, and technical usage measurements. We also store consultant questions, supporting text, your messages and direct AI replies to restore the conversation history. Older records can include previous sample tasks and their results. If you request contact, we also store your name, email, optional company, and project brief.

Consultations without a contact request are kept for up to 90 days. Contact requests and linked consultations are kept for up to 12 months after the last owner activity.

The live service uses OpenAI for the consultation, Supabase for storage and owner authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Contact form details are not sent to the AI. Provider retention rules also apply.

Before public launch, the business must add its legal identity, privacy contact, and complete information about how personal data is processed.

An unsent message draft may be stored temporarily in this browser tab. It is not sent to the consultant until you submit the message.

To measure site operation, we log events such as page views, conversation starts and estimate views, with language, screen-size category and waiting-time range. These events contain no conversation content, contact details or visitor identifier. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
